RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Swing Chingón, every item is created with purpose and made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we keep our return and refund policy simple and fair for both sides.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are made to order and typically require a short processing time before shipment. This allows us to maintain quality and consistency across every product.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

Please make sure to review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We will make it right.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief explanation

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement item at no cost, or
• A full refund (if replacement is not possible)

ORDER ISSUES

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out and we will help investigate with the carrier.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• The item is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
